Search for a corporate intranet

I've created a small corporate intranet and have been asked to add a basic search function to the site. I'm not sure how to implement this. The intranet is not exposed to the outside world. It's about 40 pages, mostly text, running off of IIS 7 on a Windows 2008 R2 server.

Well, you can add search engine also like zoom or you can implement custom app part by SharePoint experts. The search function is the more important part of an intranet. I think ready to use intranet solution will help you definitely for your work. You can get more information through intranet solutions blog.

Great minds ...

Must admit I have not look at Wrensoft Zoom for several years so I hope it's as good as it has been in previous versions. I took a quick look at their website before posting and it seems to be alive and well and feature-rich as always.
