Search & Replace: Multiple regular Expressions

Again and again I have the task (editing, typography, ...) that I have to run several regular expressions one after the other over a file set.

[x] Regular expression

[x] Search in text only

In Dreamweaver, I have to start a new Find & Replace run each time to do this.

Is there perhaps an extension that allows multiple regular expressions to run consecutively?

Right, I need the option "Search only in text" mandatory.

    You can save and load query's when using Find & Replace in Files (Ctrl + Shift + F)...

     

    ...that would at least make it so you don't need to re-type the search strings every time, if you're using the same ones repeatedly.

    I don't know of an extension that would do what you want. Unfortunately, some of the decisions Adobe has made over the last 5-10 years pretty much killed extension development by anyone but a small handful of companies.

    There just isn't much interest in developing for a program on life support.

    Thanks for your hints.
    I know that I can save queries and use that - instead of typing : )

    Bad luck for me. Dreamweaver seems to me more and more to be an unwanted child of Adobe, which is no longer maintained and developped in any way. Very sad.
