Located in Clearwater, FL.  In need of a developer to perform contract work with our existing website utilizing Dreamweaver editor for raw HTML CSS.

This is a public user-to-user product forum.  Since you don't have a product question, please post your job ad on Behance/Adobe Talent  where potential candidates will see it. 

 

Don't put too much emphasis on tools. Tools don't build great projects, people do.  And good coders use many different code editing tools.
