Selecting any RTL text in the code view window having strange behavior

Question

When I am trying to edit an HTML file having latin and Arabic text I stuck with the Arabic text, I can select it while I am installing the Middle Eastern version of Dreamweaver cc 2017.

The Video I have made show you that some time I can select the Arabic words in individual manner and some other time I couldn't while I can do that in latin text smoothly and easily.

It seems to me that Dreamweaver never detect the text written in non-latin text and deal with it as one block.

Even though this post is probably not very helpfull, i have seen similar problems when using ltr and rtl text on the same page in other software.

The solution i have seen others resort to, was to place one of the text languages into a database, (normally the one that is nothing to do with the actual mark-up). Or simply put make the page dynamic.

As i said probably not very helpfull.
