Send and view data results in a email (both desktop/tablets and mobile)

Well I've made my attempt to made a test page that if a user (on mobile) enters in the forms and when a mobile device submit the form and I get the results via/my email. Does anyone know how would I do that? And what link and/or code for it?  PS. I mostly/easily work with HTML (w/JQurey for working on mobile web), if any use PHP, that's fine.

It's hard to tell from your cryptic post, but it sounds to me like you are just asking about sending form submission via email? Is this correct? What is the significance of mobilce device? In any case, try searching the web for 'form mail'.
