i'm using cs4

i have this error message when i want use a Insert Server behavios or a Update server behavios in my page

During the execution of onload in UpdateRecord.htm, one or several errors Javascript following taken place:

At the line 687 of the file C:\ProgramFiles\Adobe\AdobeDreamweaver CS4\Configuration\ServerBehaviors\PhPMy, js ":

Name has no properties

Please, What would be the probleme?
