I know how to set this form:
<form action="mailto:MyMail@MyMail.com" method="post" .....">
but is it possible to set te value of "action "mail to......." like variable or better get the value from input type?

Mailto won't work if the web device doesn't have an e-mail client like Outllook installed. And that represents the majority of site visitors these days who use web based gmail, hotmail, etc... If you really want people to reach you, use a scripted contact form. Ask your web host which scripts your server supports and if they have a form-to-email script you can use.
