Setting Dreamweaver to Default Settings

Hello, I find myself in a bit of a bind when it comes to default settings, it is actually allowing me to "correct" in troubleshooting but it doesn't seem to be taking place. I want to be able to quick edit using HTML5 and CSS3 but it isn't allowing me to get back to the edit aspect. I can't seem to research that, or how to troubleshoot and make everything back to normal or "default" setting. There's not too many ways you can say "default".

On your Document Toolbar, switch to Design View.

The Source Code tab is selected.

And your code is free of errors - denoted by the green checkmark in a circle.   See screenshot.

If the code error indicator is a red X, DW does not like code errors and may not work as expected.  Use the Validation tools to check your HTML code.
