sever setup menu broken ?

Dreamweaver experts please help,

i'm having trouble with the server setup menu in DW.  It will not connect to remote server.  I get the error message.  SiteGround has confirmed my credentials are correct.  Notice in the menu box that the Username is not lined up in menu box.  Could this be the problem and how to fix.  thanks for your input....jw
