Shortkeys

Hey there!
After finally upgrading to CS6 I want to restore my beloved keyboard shortcuts in dreamweaver.
As I can't just copy the old settings in the app support I need help, for the proposed way of configuring it doesn't seem to work.
The most important shortcut in my daily use is the one to "Select Parent tag", which doesn't have a default shortcut programmed.
Can anyone please give me a step by step advice on how to do this? Following the given instructions didin't set the shortcut and I don't know why…
