The best way (probably the only way) is to create/install a Content Management System (CMS).

There are ready made CMS frameworks available as per https://code.tutsplus.com/articles/top-10-most-usable-content-management-systems--net-6493. However, I create my own and only include those parts of the site that need frequent changes, leaving the design/layout changes to me.

Also look at Adobe Business Catalyst, an all-in-one online business platform that includes web hosting.  The CMS module supports online editing through the Business Catalyst portal.

If you create your site in Dreamweaver, it will not be editable in Muse.

Muse uses proprietary code in order for its in-browser editing feature to work, (or indead editing in Muse itself). If you wish a web sites content to be editable in Muse then you must create it in Muse.

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!
