Hi All. I have built a website in Dreamweaver cc and it is hosted on Go Daddy. It also has 5 other URLs linked to this site in the Go Daddy account. My question is, how do I produce a sitemap with all the other URLs on it as well, like the .com, .co.uk, domainname.co.uk, domainnamesign.co.uk, that sort of thing.

If you purchased multiple domain names for your site, you should modify or create an .htaccess file with a 301 re-direct to your preferred (canonical) URL. See Google help below.
