Some Text Help

I want to make a menu bar with the usual text. Home Gallery etc. But I don’t want the text to be made of an image file. I want it to be actual text, but behind the text I want to put a custom made image. The whole menu will be in a cell of course but Cells don’t support Text on top of images. How can I do that, how can I put text on top of an image. I see almost every site that has that kind of a menu layout but I don’t know how to make it myself.

Make the image a non-tiling background of the cells.

Be aware that resizing the text in the browser may throw your alignment out
the window....
