Someone else has stolen the Adobe Dreamweaver code I used to design a web sit. What are the potential issues I could experience?

All code is pretty much the same.  And it's certainly not protected.  Especially if you have a template or open source  framework like Bootstrap or jQuery that is used by millions of other websites worldwide.

If it's obvious it's a  like-for-like copy of the code, in every respect, send the company an invoice, stating your reason for doing so, of course.
