Split View is not refreshing changes to code.

I make changes to the code, this is just simply the text that appears on the page,

and the Live or split code fails to show the update!

    Ctrl or Cmd + S = Save

    F5 = Refresh

    Also validate your code and fix reported errors.  See screenshots.

    • is this a PHP or other server side file
    • do you save the file after modification
