Spry Validation Select issue

I've got a form which I'm performing Spry Validations on.  Every field in the form works except one.  It's a List/Menu and I'm using Spry Validation Select on it same as 3 other List/Menus in the form which work fine.

I renamed teh Spry select (name) in the properties from spryselect4 to spryselect5 in hopes it would help, but each time the form is loaded it has no validation on it whatsoever.  What could be the issue?

No need.  I found the issue.  There were 4 spryselect statements at the bottom of the page, but only 3 list/menu validation fields in the form.  They were numbered 1, 2, 3, and 5.  Deleted number 3 (which was unassigned) and they all worked.
