Synchronize everything.

I understand that by subscribing to Dream Weaver, I automatically I subscribed to 20Gb "Cloud" space. Assuming that is correct, (20Gb is not much).

My Web site consists of two parts.

Part one: The website content which is present in my computer. I could easily transfer (copy + Paste) into my Cloud space.

Part two: The Photo Gallery. Collection of photographs, about 15,000 which is directly posted and saved in the hosting server.

So, My question is: How do I synchronize the FULL content of the hosting server in my Cloud Space??

Just to clarify terms a bit,  your personal 20GB cloud space is not web hosting.  It's merely an optional place for you to keep work files when/if you want to share them with other devices, colleagues & clients.

If you want to host your web site, look at Business Catalyst.

I said nothing about web hosting. I just do not know where did you read it. All I said is that there is data stored in my web hosting account and I asked if I can and how do I transfer the data, so that I can have a copy. for example, It is important, in the event that I decide sometime in the future to change service provider (Hosting provider), I can do it without loosing data. Isn't that the purpose of storing info in "Cloud" facility?

In the Dreamweaver world "synchronize" is an FTP Get/Put action.

Synchronizing something with a remote server would automatically require FTP access and FTP interactions.

The CC storage space acts like a folder on your local computer. To use it, you open it and drag files into it to store them, dragging them out brings them to the local machine. It's handy if you do work from both machines the subscription allows you to install on (work and home or laptop and work, etc) but that's the extent of it currently.
