Text editor for email app

Hi,

I want to include a text editor of some description that will allow the
administrator of a website I am working on to enter a message in text,
submit this to a page that sends the entered text out via CDOSys Email but
retains the correct format of the text the user entered ie. line breaks,
paragraphs etc.

I am purely interested in how or where I can get a text editor that will do
this. The email part is no problem. I am using asp vbscript if that has any
relevence.
