Text Justify Mode

Hi everyone, can anybody help me how to create TEXT in JUSTIFY MODE in Dreamweaver for website text?

    At the risk of seeming like an old sourpuss, justified text is ok for printed pages because print pages are static and unchanging.  However, on the web justified text can be downright ugly especially in responsive layouts.  I don't recommend using it.

    The easiest way is to use Bootstrap and add a class of text-justify to the element(s).
