The code to link to a page seems fine but nor working on Live view

I am trying to link a page from withn html file. I am just using the insert link feature and the inserted code seems fine. I can even see the color changes while in Dreamweaver.  However the  html page does not have a working link.

    Dreamweaver is not a browser.  Right-click on tab, select Open in Browser to check your work. 

     

    If that fails, validate code and fix reported errors.

    Window > Results > Validation.  Click on > to check document.
