The FTP dialog box is severely clipped

It's been like that for a long time, but finally it got to me. The dialog box that appears while connecting to the remote server is cropped. The functionality is not impacted, but it's annoying as heck. This happens regardless of the display/monitor/resolution you are using. This should be fixed.

And DW often seems to crash on startup, but if you leave it alone for more than 30 seconds, it loads. Should also be fixed.

Windows 10 Pro/DW 2017.5 (9878 Build).
