Is it just the Put arrow, or are all of your icons missing?

Does anything happen when you resize the width of the Files window?

Restart your computer.

Ensure that your site is properly defined in DW (Site > Manage Sites).

Ensure your Files Panel (F8) is pointing to your site folder and not some other folder on your computer hard drive.
