Too much space between fields on Web form

I'm having a lot of trouble formatting one of my Web forms.  When I generate the HTML code for it and paste it into my Muse document, there is way too much space between the entry fields and boxes when I publish it.  How can I edit the CSS to get rid of the spaces?

Example: http://www.siefer.com/free-issue-sr.html

First and foremost is the problem of html. You need to completely rewrite the form, delete all the unnecessary tags. I do not know how to explain it to you. You need knowledge of html. Or hire a web programmer. I do not think that it will be expensive.

OK, thank you.  The form is part of our Adobe Business Catalyst platform, and was not created in Muse.  Unfortunately, I do not know HTML so I will need to get outside help it sounds like.

You can provide the code of your form here. We take a look at it and, if possible, help.

I think, this is not a Muse form "out of the box" (Muse has no flyout menus yet).

    What a form is it?
