Total newbie begs for help?

I know this sounds about as basic as it gets, but I'm totally new to DW and have downloaded and installed an extension into DW Exchange (says it's installed successfully) but, in DW CS4 I can't find the extension to be able to use it. It's a Random Image rotator. Where can I find it in DW in order to place it on page? Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Usually in the extensionmanager (when you select the specific extension) you canb read at the bottom where you'll find the extension in the DW interface
