Transip?  Or Transmit FTP app for macOS?

Transmit works the same as most other FTP clients.

Enter your remote server's FTP log-in credentials as supplied by your web hosting company.

    https://panic.com/transmit/

Is there some reason you cannot connect to your remote server with Dreamweaver?

Transip is a hosting company in the Netherlands.

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!

    Have a look at https://www.dummies.com/software/adobe/dreamweaver/how-to-download-an-existing-website-in-dreamweaver/

Sorry, I did not realise that you meant to say upload the website. In this case, have a look at  https://helpx.adobe.com/au/dreamweaver/how-to/publish-manage-websites.html

    Veel geluk!
