On the Products page says “This serial number is already in use.” On checking ‘Activated products’, it says “You have no activated devices” . Following the instructions on the ‘Activate an app’ page, I return to my copy of DWR CS6. As you can see, the app believes it is activated (“Deactivated” is greyed out.) In order to deactivate the app, I need to “Sign in if prompted” and “Go to Help > Sign Out.” I do not have the dropdown menu that is being shown on the Adobe Help page https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/licensing-activation/activate-deactivate-apps/deactivate-adobe-app.html. Trying to activate a copy of Dreamweaver CS6.

On the Products page says “This serial number is already in use.”
