Trying to make dropdown menu on click, not hover

I'm having an issue on my site ( tribalcodes.org ). I'm just trying to make the "Tribes" dropdown menu clickable instead of on hover. I cannot find where within the code I need to go to get this done. Is there something small I'm missing?

I am also having issues with the site pulling up on mobile devices and if you can see anything wrong there, please let me know!

#1  Simple question, simple answer. Don't use Spry menus.  Adobe took Spry out of Dreamweaver more than 5 years ago.  It's obsolete for many reasons including the fact that it cannot easily be modified for touch screens.

#2  Re-build your site with Bootstrap or some other responsive framework that is touch screen and mobile-friendly.
