Turn off Dreamweaver's automatically saving my file

In 2017.0.1, every time I edit a file and change windows, a save prompt appears. It's incredibly obnoxious. How can I disable this?

That is a feature of editing in the live view.  In order to make those changes stay rendered, the page will ask you to save the changes.  The only way around this is to use the old design view or code view to make the changes.

Turn off Live view and into Design view, even though you are working in Code view

Edit: This is necessary when working with server side files like PHP
