Based on the types of tutorials you are looking for I would not look for one that is DW specific, but rather one that teaches you about the code itself.  Otherwise, it would be like getting a tutorial on driving a Ford with the belief that you could not get behind the wheel of a Toyota.  Here's a basic guide from Mozilla that can teach you the basics from the ground up in a much better manner than trying to learn Dreamweaver: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn and they have a HTML tutorial once you are ready: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/Getting_started_with_the_web/HTML_basics 

It is also worth noting how Dreamweaver is not really being developed or going anywhere so you need to factor in wether to use it or not.
