Unable to group assets in favorite assets segment

I am fairly new to dreamweaver and was trying to sort assets into favorites which I am able to. The problem I am having is that when in the favorite assets panel I create a favorite assets group, I am unable to add anything to it. I tried dragging and dropping it did not work. I tried to right click and see if there is anything I can do from there and still nothing. I believe being able to arrange/sort all the favorite assets is something I would really like to be able to do. Any thoughts on why I cant group them?

I already looked at those and they dont have any helpful information as to why they click and drag shouldn't work. The dragging and the dropping isnt happening.
