Unable to insert tables in latest install of Dreamweaver

Hi, I've been trying to insert a table but I get this error.

 

While executing onLoad in TableCommands.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file "TableCommands":
initializeUI is not defined

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

The removal of the "WinFileCache-7A9586CB.dat" fixed the issue.

Hi Ben M, thank you for your response, yes I looked at this, that's why I started with uninstalling and reinstalling first. I'll see if I can access any of the files the article mentions for deletion and see if that works.
