Correct answer Nancy OShea

I got to know the problem. I have to upgrade the system from macOs v10.13 to minimum v10.14

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
  • mac OS 13 (Ventura), macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

Mojave and earlier are no longer supported by Creative Cloud Desktop App.  Adobe expects users to have the latest OS, not more than 2 versions back.

Which version of Dreamweaver?

What operating system?

Are you connected to the internet?

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!

Do you have a firewall running? Can you try temporarily disabling it for the installation?
