Unable to move/add hotspots

Hi all,

I had great hotspots working to trigger popup dialog boxes over certain sections of an image. I received a new version of the image with slightly different dimensions, so I need to adjust the locations of the current hotspots as well as add another one. Suddenly I cannot select the points of the previously made hotspots (I can still see the blue outline in design view), and when I try to add a new area I can only add a single point. I've tried clearing the cache and resetting preferences based on recommendations from other solutions on this forum and a few other communities, but still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated!
