Unable to Preview After a period of time

As mentioned, the previous mode stopped working after a few changes have been made to either the html file or the css file. The preview function does work, but I had to click preview again really often which is a little annoying:

 Is there a way to solve it or is this what everybody encounters. Thank you very much.

    After editing, save document (Ctrl/Cmd + S). 

    Refresh screen with F5.

      Yea I'm now doing the save action pretty often

      after a few changes to preview. Thank you for your help!

      Sorry for the typo. "Previous mode" is wrong, and it should be "preview mode". Sorry for the misleading information.
