Unable to quit, reopen, open a saved Dw HTML file, or uninstall Dreamweaver - macOS Ventura 13.7.8 - Dreamweaver 2021; everything is frozen!

Question

Dreamweaver was working just fine until three days ago. Unable to quit, re-open app, open saved HTML file, or UNINSTALL Dreamweaver using Adobe Uninstaller, in order to reinstall this app. It is Frozen but nothing has changed on my system. When I tried to uninstall, the error message was regarding complications - unable to uninstall due to unsaved files (?) - all my files were saved as far as I recall.

No idea what to try - no response whatsoever. It’s STUCK and so am I.

Should I try another uninstaller (CleanMyMacX)?

Suggestions, please.

Problem RESOLVED. Dreamweaver is working, again.

Using CleanMYMacX which enabled a RESET or UNINSTALL options. I used the RESET and what then able to quit Dreamweaver. Reopened and everything is functioning normally!

Easier ‘fix’ than I was able to accomplish with any Adobe tools, uninstaller, or other means.
