There is no CS7version.   Adobe CS6 was the last product sold on disk.

Use the CC Cleaner Tool to remove Creative Cloud from your system.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Re-install CS6 from disk or download.  You will need your serial number which can be found by logging in to your Adobe account.

How to get WHAT off your computer?  Please be specific about what you want to do.

PS Uninstalling software is performed at the OS level.

I retitled your post assuming that you want to uninstall Dreamweaver.

Like Nancy said, uninstall operations are best carried out through your computer.
