Update Dreamweaver to 21.2 throws permissions error

Updated to Dreamweaver 21.2 on Macbook Pro running BigSur.

when trying to open dreamweaver it says I do not have permissions to open Adobe Dreamweaver 2021.

I tried to change permissions etc with no avail..

I ended up reverting to 21.1 and everything went back to working fine.

Is there a fix for this?
