Update with new color schemes

Yesterday I was working remotely on my mobile computer and I had DW-CC-2017 inform me that there were new color schemes available for download and I hit the "yes" and it downloaded them.  I love one of the new schemes and was looking forward to getting into the office today and getting the same update however even with a manual check for updates I still only have the default ones.  Was this update rolled back or..? Is there a method to manually update?

I haven't had this issue yet, but if I were, I would try disabling the In App Updates from the preferences, restart DW and then re-enable them with another restart and see if that has any affect.

Possibly toss in a machine reboot between each as well.

I've never had the in-app-update work in Dw 2017. I have not reported it as a bug, because I didn't realise there where any until now.

Yeah, they put out two new code themes, nothing to write home about but handy for some I suppose.

    @kevend_bca,

If none of my wild guessing above helps, and you don't want to wait for Adobe to push the update, you can easily duplicate the theme from your other machine and install it on the second one...

    1. From the DW that has the update, go to Edit > Preferences > Interface
    2. Click the theme you want to duplicate
    3. Click the Edit Icon
    4. Do a Save As of the page that appears (label it whatever you like, you're just using the code later)

    5. Get that duplicate file onto your second machine (email works)
    6. In the second DW, go to the same location and choose one of the default themes

    7. Click the + symbol to make a duplicate (they don't allow editing of the originals)

    8. Give it the same name as the theme you're importing from the other machine
    9. Delete all the code and paste the code from the duplicate file into it

    10. Save and the go into the prefs to select that theme.

Have you logged into CC using the CC app?

I have.  I then use the little gear in the top right and hit "Check for App updates" and it greys out the "Check for App Updates" for about 30 seconds and then it goes back to normal.  There doesn't seem to be a log or feedback at all and I did this morning when I tried end up getting one update for PHP Code but not the new schemes.

ADDITION: I've also tried shutting down all Adobe products and then restarting them and trying again.

You may have to simply wait until Adobe pushes the update to you.

I was only able to update my version of Illustrator today, which was released before the holidays. I think there must be a system that Adobe operates via the app, in order to not overload its server. Annoying but!
