uploading files through dreamweaver

hello, please forgive my ignorance I am new to all of this... I was wondering how I would go about connecting to a website that has already been created on a different computer. I have none of the website files but would like to upload new photos... is that possible? Thank you!

    Yes, it's perfectly possible. All you need are the login details for the website. Create a site definition in Dreamweaver using those details, and upload the new photos. How to set up connection between Dreamweaver and the publishing server
