URL links to specific pages on my website

Hi,

I'm building a newsletter and would like to be able to create a link to a specific page on my website. The problem is I'm using iframe to my website. When I click the link on my newsletter, it only displays the child frame of the site. How can I be able to make the link on my newsletter open the entire page on my website which will display the navigation frame and the child frame?

I used the code below but could not address the issue:

Don't do frames ... mkay
frames are bad .... mkay
