Use CC Capture to send a color palette to DW

Hi,

If I capture a color palette using Adobe Capture on my phone, I can see it in Photoshop and use it via "Window\Extensions\Adobe Color Themes". How can I do this in DW - there's no extension and I couldn't find it on Adobe Exchange.
