Using a CS3 Dream Weaver -

Hi All I am trying to log in on a Mac to an old version of Dream Weaver CS3

I got my provider to be able to log in with a 3rd party web editing tool yet I cannot log in with the FTP log in info through dreamweaver

what do I need to do?

I get a message error message when I hit the test button to test a connection. yet the tech person was able to connect to the remote server through another application.

any suggestions would be appreciated
