Using Dreamweaver CC 2019 with Ubuntu 19.10 as a localhost PHP server

Greetings,

I am posting this for the people who want to create a virtual local server and have a separate server that runs their code and is accessible via local network. I am not an expert but I want people to check this tutorial and give me their opinion to improve it little by little. This can be used to frequently test your website in different devices that are connected to your network. I hope you find it useful.
