Can you try doing a clean uninstall of Dreamweaver 2017.5 Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and then reinstalling the software? Let us know if you still have issues.

I think it's resolved, Preran. Acer ePower Management seems to be the culprit.
