Very, very frustrated with latest Dreamweaver

I'm very very frustrated with your latest Dreamweaver.I do not know whether you are making it good or you are going to spoil it.It has a lot of problems.

 

1) There is so much hang every time I save.

2) When a line is copied, it is not copied.

3) Helping property comes in CSS, if I enter on it, then the whole property does not come properly

 

Note- If this continues, then I will have to use another editor Or I have to use old Dreamweaver.

Your problems 1 and 2 frequently happen to me.

DW often crashes when I save a file, and cannot copy and paste properly - the program refuses to paste where I want it to.

I hope you get an answer to your problems.

  • What do your crash logs say is causing DW to crash?
  • Which operating system?
  • Most problems can be fixed by restoring preferences.  See link below.

Hi, 

Did not happen solved now I am using CS6 instead of a creative cloud 😞

And This is the problem of your software with only the latest creative cloud Dreamweaver, you will solve it yourself. This problem is similar to many people. I saw this in your Dreamweaver feedback section.

My version of DW on an aging Win 10 workstation never, ever  hangs while saving files.  This implies something else is going on.

  • Which version of DW did you last use? 
  • Does your local site folder reside on your primary hard drive, the same as your operating system, and not a networked or cloud drive? 
  • Do you have real-time anti-virus scans and backups disabled as these can both slow down response time when saving files?

I'm not experiencing the same... do you mind sharing more details: what operating system, RAM, etc.? Have you run updates? Logged out and back in again? A screen capture of what you're experiencing would help us figure out the problem...

My system Specification -

 

OS - Window 10,

RAM - 16 GB

Processor - Intel i7 3rd Gen

Graphic card - 4GB

I work on my personal Desktop and also use it on my company Desktop and Laptop, but there is a same problem on all machines.
