Virus warning

Can anyone tell me why this virus warning has appeared with someone trying to view a page of my website please?

    Your server is not secure.  Every decent web hosting plan offers TLS certificates these days. You really can't afford to be without them.

     

    Even the free certs from Let's Encrypt provide something better than nothing.

    The host is 123 reg.  I can buy an ssl certificate but I have no idea how to apply it/adapt the website.  I'm not a web designer. And the website doesn't collect any personal information or have any forms.

    Scan your computer for viruses and trojans.  Infected files may have been uploaded to your server. You need to remove infected files from server and replace with clean ones.
