Visible lines in Dreamweaver CC 2091 Table

Thanks Ben. All I'm trying to do is to get a link on the "contact us" button to take me to the "Contact" page. I've tried everything in the book. I can't seem to get the "contact us" button on top of the "header (watercolor) image". So now I've tried doing this by using a table. I have tried working with "div" tags/containers (as per a tutorial video that I've whatched) That's even worse because the div containers doesn't really go where they are supposed to. I understand the principle and watched the video/s several times, even wrote it down. I manage up to a point, then everything goes all over the show. How do you get an image on top of another in the precise.correct way? I've tried looking for exercise templates, but can't find anything really "worth while". Do you perhaps know of execise templates where they teach yo to build a website from scratch (using supplied pics, etc.)? Not just a text tutorial, but a text combined with real elements (pics, text, etc.). I'm starting to get desperate now    ;-D    Thanks for your advice so far. By the way, I'm working in Dreamweaver CC 2019.
