Modify, Format and Commands are missing from the design bar. Need format to change color of text/

    Which version of DW have you been using? Modify, Command and Format menus are deprecated in modern DW.

     

    Dreamweaver CC has 3 toolbars which can be invoked from the Windows menu.

    • Common (code related icons, left side of screen)
    • Document (Code | Split | Live/Design view)
    • Standard

     

    The Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) has CSS and HTML properties.  These days we use pre-defined CSS code and classes to change text color.  In this example, the color of my paragraph text is coming from a Bootstrap CSS class called "text-info."  See screenshot.
