What are you trying to host? Just a small personal site? Business site? Ecommerce site? That screenshot you provided may be ok for basic hosting for a personal site, but if you are looking to host wordpress specifically there are hosts that help specialize in that world, or sites that provide you with dedicated resources or ecommerce support depending on what you need.

im looking a web hosting for dreamweaver?!
because i saw there are many choices for wordpress, which im not using it.
so i wonder if there is any good suggestion for dreamweaver web hosting?

Dreamweaver is just code editor. No special hosting requirements needed.

Decide how much bandwdth and server storage you need.
How many email accounts?
Do you want managed hosting or can you take care of server updates and security patches yourself? If you're not experienced, pay a little extra for managed hosting.
SSL/TLS certificates are essential. Does the hosting plan include them or must you pay extra for them?
What tools come with your hosting plan? At a minimum, you need access to a server admin panel either WHM/c-Panel or Plesk Panel. Is this included in your hosting plan?
Do you need PHP/MySQL?
You want to find a host with 24/7 uptime and technical support in case anything goes wrong with the server.
Shared hosting with other domains is the most affordable but it comes at a cost. Usually slower server speeds and limited features.
VPN and Cloud hosting cost a bit more.
Dedicated hosting is the most expensive.
