Question

web site display

After years of using DW and Contribute  have had to subscribe to Creative Cloud version of DW as my paid versions will not work. I found after a reinstall from Creative Cloud that my pages are reduced in size on laptop browsers, but still show as normal on iPad and Mobile. Adobe support suggests Self Help with Bootstrap, what ever that is, or this Forum. Any suggestions welcome please, site is www.astonvision.co.uk

I almost forgot that you were already coding the web at that time

I was always advanced for my age, unlike some.

The site is woefully outdated and poorly coded by modern web standards.  The index page alone contains 91 code errors and an excessive number of styles (no doubt from using Contribute).

More importantly, the fixed-width layout is not responsive for all devices. This doesn't bode well for you in web searches where Google penalizes sites that are not "mobile-friendly."

Short of rebuilding the site with modern HTML 5 code and a responsive CSS layout, there's not much you can do to fix this except set your browser zoom level to normal or 100% with Ctrl + 0 (zero) and hope for the best.

Bootstrap is a very popular responsive layout system used by millions of websites worldwide.  You can learn more about Bootstrap below:

Do you have a web developer to help you?  These days, the web is a lot more complicated than most people realize.  You really need to know what you're doing or hire an experienced professional who does.
